We are currently seeking an astute, confident and meticulous People Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture Team, working 16 hours per week, over Thursday and Friday.

The on target earning potential for this role is £12,950 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £11,107, plus a qualified estimate of £1,843 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Day to day you’ll be a jack of many trades and the master orchestrator within the team, playing a vital role in supporting the Talent Attraction and Organisational Development teams to deliver on their people promises
  • Working alongside some deep technical experts in their field, and learning how the interplay between these disciplines adds value to the employee journey, you’ll play your role in ensuring the work of the People Team is executed well and lands with real impact by dotting every ‘i’ and crossing every ‘t’
  • Supporting the Talent Attraction team in recruiting talent into our business, you’ll be helping the team qualify pipelines of candidates that align with our values, recognising that each department’s preferred cocktail of skill, experience and attitude is as different as the services they provide. You’ll also support the team run hiring events and assessment centres, ensuring that we’re discerning in our selection and are restless in our quest to match the right people with the right roles
  • Supporting the Organisational Development team, you’ll manage the logistics of onboarding, making sure every new starter (and the wider People Team) have what they need from the get-go, and will help to plan and co-ordinate a range of different development initiatives and programmes
  • You’ll be juggling the competing demands of this busy team, making sure you’re responsive, brutal in your prioritisation and meticulously organised
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way
