Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• You’ll be responsible for the day to day care and wellbeing of our team of stunning Harris Hawks, Falcons, Eagles and owls; cleaning the hawk housing facilities will be an essential part of your role while also leading our guests on falconry lessons and demonstrations
• Leading thrilling hunting experiences off site at local estates with our guests and members
• Providing off-road driving instruction and Glen tours, always to the highest standard, ensuring the safety of our guests at all times
• You’ll also be working with our team of ferrets, looking after their care and wellbeing, delivering delightful ferret experiences
• Providing Junior off-road driving instruction to our younger guests; you’ll also assist with the care and cleanliness of the Junior off-road cars
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Ideally, you have experience in a similar, guest facing role with great customer service and communication skills
• You want to be the best and work with the best, learning from the experts in our team, building your own knowledge and expertise
• Organised, warm and considered in your approach, you’re determined to consistently exceed our guest expectations
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
